1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
- This is your first time subscribing to the specific product
- You have not previously received a refund for the same product
2. What is NOT Eligible for Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made more than 14 days after initial payment
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Partial month refunds (you retain access until end of billing period)
- Add-on services or one-time purchases
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
3. Free Trials
All our products offer free trials:
- Five Star Request: 7-day free trial (maximum 10 requests)
- Other Products: 14-day free trials with feature limitations
You will not be charged during your trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. If you cancel after the trial ends, you are subject to our standard refund policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and the product name
- Specify the reason for the refund (optional)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds
Important distinction:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not refund current period
- Refund: Returns your payment and terminates access immediately
When you cancel your subscription (without requesting a refund), you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment
- After 14 days, no refunds are provided for annual subscriptions
- You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your annual period
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks:
- Result in immediate account termination
- May incur additional processing fees
- Are reported to payment processors
Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues that prevented proper service usage
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extended service outages
These are handled at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
10. Stripe and Paystack Transactions
All payments are processed through Stripe or Paystack. Refunds are subject to their processing terms. Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
