1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any of our products (Five Star Request, Auto Bill Tracker, Brief My Clients, Collect Testimonials, Build Waitlist), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TestUsers Group provides Software as a Service (SaaS) tools designed to help businesses automate various tasks including review requests, invoicing, client communications, testimonial collection, and waitlist management.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

5. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Free trials may be offered for certain products
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by TestUsers Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• Scheduled maintenance
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Your internet connectivity problems

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestUsers Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TestUsers Group from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
